Nick is a willing and valuable contributor to our department. Nick walks into the office each day with a positive attitude, ready to learn, grow, and provide valuable input. I am especially struck by his commitment to bringing out the best in his peers. He is constantly encouraging others to go the extra mile and doing so himself whether it be crafting an email, creating a marketing print piece, or filming a Tik Tok. Nick is a valuable employee because of his superb work ethic, genuine interest in other people, and relatability. Nick did an excellent job of spearheading a self-guided tour project that involved coordinating with multiple departments, formulating and adhering to a strict timeline, and exemplifying leadership by being a resource for all involved.
